Scout Boot
Easymoc produces their hand-sewn footwear one at a time in a small workshop in Lewiston, Maine. Their mission: make shoes for a good time. This moccasin-type guide boot has a history in the Northwoods, evocative of early hunter-traders in the region.
Our Olive variant sports a sand suede body that contrasts well with the crisp brown mudguard and the smooth olive upper. The steerhide-lined interior and suede quarter inch collar mirror the classic Scout model, but we added a bootstrap along the back heel. The monotone Toast boasts an entirely sand suede upper – which allows the hand stitching throughout the body of the boot to really pop. American-made laces, stitching, and glue will keep this shoe in tact for years – complete with a Vibram® sole and Ortholite® footbed.
