Return & Exchange Timeline: We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for domestic orders in unwashed and unworn condition.
Guidelines: We understand that your home is where you get to try our products and encourage you to do so, but please use discretion. If we see signs of heavy wear or use such as rips, strong odors (i.e. cigarette smoke, tears, frayed edges or heavy soiling [mud, salt, etc]), we do reserve the right to refuse credit on a return or exchange. Also, please do not send items back in their product packaging with no shipping box. For example, if we receive a shoebox that was not shipped within a separate box, we reserve the right to withhold credit. Socks with a ripped band are only allowed a refund of 50%.
Discounts: Items discounted 25% - 49% off from the original price are only eligible for exchange or store credit. No refunds.
Final Sale: Items discounted 50% or more from the original price or are specifically noted as final sale are considered final sale and not eligible for any service. No exceptions.

Return Labels: We will generate a return or exchange label for you at your convenience — access our returns and exchanges portal here. All initiated returns without Checkout+ on the original order will be charged a $10 processing fee.
International Orders: We are unable to generate shipping labels for international returns and exchanges. Return and exchange shipping is responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties. Please contact our team with any questions.
