Camp Hat in Mitchell Camo
Named for those who create and approve.
Originally from the 50s, we placed our custom P-53 pattern on 100% cotton ripstop and shaped it into a multi-panel camp hat. The O.E. Full Circle logo tag reveals the center of it all.

You could guess that that jungly Mitchell Camo was one of the camouflage styles that emerged from 1950’s Pentagon testing. The Mitchell pattern - P53 - actually had two iterations: wine leaf for warmer months and a brown cloud pattern for fall-winter. Ours borrows from the wine leaf style suited for spring-summer. It remains unknown if the name Mitchell is a reference to the original creator or the official who approved the pattern for testing.
