Maximum Henry states: "The most accurate way to find your size is to measure your waist. Use a soft tape measure at the position you will be wearing your belt and pull snug around your waist. Subtract 2" from that number for your belt size."

You can also determine your belt size by measuring a belt you already own that fits well.

— Using a soft tape measure, measure the length from the tip of the belt (including the buckle) to the notch you use most frequently. 
— Using that measurement, round up to the nearest inch.
— Subtract 2 inches from that number to find your Maximum Henry belt size.
