Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST.

Orders typically ship within 3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on order volume. During our busiest season (November through January), processing times are generally longer than the rest of the year.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $150.

Expedited Shipping

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2-Day shipping speeds apply only after your order has been processed. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been delivered.

International Shipping

International orders are typically processed every other week. Please allow 7 - 14 business days before receiving a tracking number.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.

United Kingdom: Due to current VAT regulations, orders must exceed £135.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, eligible customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our withdrawal portal.

Unless Withdrawal Coverage was purchased at checkout, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer as outlined in Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your returned merchandise or proof that it has been shipped back.

Certain items—including personalized products, digital products, and other exempt goods under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU—are not eligible for withdrawal.

Made-to-Order Products

Some products are knit to order and ship directly from our manufacturing partner in New York. Please allow 14+ days for production and shipment.

Holiday Shipping

Orders placed after our published holiday shipping deadlines are not guaranteed to arrive before December 24th. If timing is critical, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method.
